Is BLAHST Australian Owned?
Absolutely! BLAHST is proudly Australian owned and operated.
Our headquarters are based in Brisbane, and we operate a warehouse in Geelong.
We are committed to providing exceptional after-sales support, all handled locally to ensure you receive the best service possible.
When you choose BLAHST, you're supporting an Australian company dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.
Can BLAHST products be mounted outside to an exterior wall?
The R18 Wall Mounted Pressure Washer can be mounted on an external wall and is very easy to remove - you can simply lift it out of the wall mount. We recommend the waterproof Canvas cover for outdoor installations.
All other Wall mounted equipment such as the Air Maxx, K21 Vacuum etc should only be mounted indoors, in garage / workshop environments.
Are BLAHST products safe to use on my car paint / ceramic coating?
BLAHST R18 Wall Mounted Pressure Washer
Yes, most car manufacturers and ceramic coating companies recommend using no more than 2000 PSI when cleaning your vehicle. Our R18 Wall Mounted Pressure Washer is safe to use at 1950 MAX PSI - we don't recommend using any quick connect nozzle under 15 degrees on a vehicle.
BLAHST Chemicals
All of our chemical range is PH neutral and specifically designed to be safe on all vehicle coatings and paint.
Warranty Information
The BLAHST Swivel Pro Gun Kit comes standard with a 3 year warranty.
All BLAHST Power Equipment comes standard with a factory 2 year warranty (1 year warranty for commercial use).
All other accessories and spare parts come with a 12 month warranty.

All orders shipped with tracking by either Australia Post or Aramex depending on your location.
All orders Shipped from our South Geelong Warehouse (Victoria).
Does BLAHST offer Local Pickup?
Currently our Australian Warehouse is located at South Geelong in Victoria.
If you live locally and want to collect your order you can select local pickup as a shipping option at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button so you can follow the live tracking updates!
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary depending on where you live and a few other factors. Keep in mind these time frames exclude order dispatch time from our warehouse (usually within 24 hours).
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Damage during transit does happen from time to time. Please contact us at hello@blahst.com.au to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include your name, order number, and photo of damaged goods.

What payment options are available
We offer a stack of ways to pay inlcluding some Buy Now, Pay Later options; Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
My payment method isn't processing?
Firstly, which browser are you on? Our website is optimised for Google Chrome & Safari browsers. Have you tried switching to a different device or a new browser? If there is an error message regarding your payment method being declined, this is most likely a problem relating to that bank/ company.
My debit/ credit card isn't processing?
If you are having trouble finalising your order with your credit/ debit card at first make sure you have sufficient funds in your account. Once you have confirmed the funds are available please double-check the following:
All details on your card match the checkout screen (including your 3-digit number on the back of the card).
- You’re using the correct billing address - Try typing your billing address in separately instead of using the 'same as billing address' check box.
- You have not exceeded your daily limit
