Troubleshooting

How to lock or extend the hose

The steel body has both locking and non-locking zones, and you'll hear a click when passing through a locking zone. To lock the hose, pull it out and stop when you hear the "click" sound.

How to retract or shorten the hose
  1. After completing your cleaning task, switch the unit to the "OFF" position and turn off the water supply.
  2. The automatic retracting function may not work properly if the high-pressure hose is filled with water after use. To resolve this, press the handle to release the pressure and drain the excess water.
  3. To unlock the hose, give it a small tug until you reach a non-locking zone (when you don't hear a click) to begin retraction.
  4. To shorten the hose, retract it and stop when you hear a click.

The hose can only be locked while pulling it out, not during retraction. Always retract the hose gently to avoid damaging the reel. When walking backward at a steady pace, the mechanism guides the hose neatly into the reel, preventing kinks and tangles.

Hose cannot be retracted or extended

This issue might occur if the hose becomes jammed while retracting.

To fix

  1. Switch the unit to the "OFF" position and turn off the water supply.
  4. Then, carefully guide the hose back in, allowing it to retract slowly until it is completely wound up.
The hose cannot be locked

This might happen if the lock point is missed. Simply pull or retract the hose slightly until you hear a click. Since the distance between lock and unlock positions is quite short, pulling too quickly can cause the lock point to be skipped.
